Job summary

SOTI is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to design, implement and maintain robust test strategies for our web and mobile platforms. You’ll work within Agile teams to validate features, security and performance.

You’ll mentor others, drive test automation with JMeter and Playwright, collaborate with development and architecture, and ensure high‑quality releases across SOTI’s EMM solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in application quality assurance in a complex web/mobile environment.
• Experience in functional, integration, system, security, performance, regression and UAT testing.
• Able to understand complex business and technical processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent bug reporting and collaboration with developers.
• Experience with API testing and JMeter.
• Experience with programming languages and test automation frameworks (C#, Playwright preferred).
• Experience with databases and SQL/NoSQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication with users, technical teams and management.
• Awareness of AWS/Azure cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and document test strategies, plans and cases based on requirements.
• Create, implement and maintain test coverage for the platform.
• Design, script, configure and run performance tests for production readiness.
• Contribute to performance test artefacts and KPI reports.
• Prepare test data to simulate scenarios.
• Utilize load testing tools like JMeter.
• Use AppDynamics and Fiddler to identify performance issues.
• Collaborate with Development/Architecture to troubleshoot performance problems.
• Operate in Agile/Scrum processes.
• Mentor on performance engineering and automation frameworks.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables and stay updated on product know-how.
• Work with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
