Job summary

Ministry Brands is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our Galway engineering team. You will design and implement scalable automated tests for AI-powered products, leveraging tools like Claude and Copilot, and collaborate with developers to ensure high quality releases.

You will develop QA strategies for AI-based systems, maintain test frameworks, and perform manual testing when needed to complement automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using AI tools for test creation and execution.
• Experience developing QA strategies for AI-based products.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated software testing.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience with contract testing and tools like PACT.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot) to create test cases and automate tests.
• Develop testing strategies for AI-based products including agent responses and model reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using C#, Python, or TypeScript.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Develop and execute contract testing (PACT) for API integrations.
• Conduct manual testing when required: functional, exploratory, regression, integration, end-to-end.
