Archer is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for a flexible contract in Ireland. You will drive end-to-end quality for insurance transformation projects, working closely with product owners and business analysts in an agile setting.

What You'll Do

• Drive End-to-End Quality: Design and execute robust functional, integration, regression, and edge-case test scenarios for new Elysia functionality.
• Bridge Tech & Business: Collaborate closely with Product Owners and BAs to review User Stories, plug requirement gaps, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Master Traceability & Defect Management: Track, document, and resolve defects using Azure DevOps while maintaining strict traceability linking Requirements, User Stories, and Change Requests.
• Elevate Standards: Assess testing readiness, document clear test evidence for governance/audit needs, and continuously refine QA practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record in software QA, functional testing, and defect management within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Hands-on expertise using Azure DevOps (specifically Test Plans and Boards).
• Experience working within regulated environments (Insurance or Financial Services) is a major advantage.
