QT Technologies Ireland Limited in Cork is seeking a senior Test & Verification engineering leader who will architect and deliver scalable automated test systems for AI and embedded software, and drive quality across CI/CD.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration across Ireland and global teams, mentoring engineers, and influencing testing strategy, tooling, and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
• Strong programming in Python and proficiency in at least one systems language (C/C++).

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and personally deliver automated test and verification systems for complex software products.
• Own the technical direction of Python-based test automation frameworks used across CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across software, ML, infrastructure, and systems teams.
• Define and lead root cause analysis for systemic failures; implement durable solutions.
