Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years in software engineering, test infrastructure, or systems verification.
• Strong Python and at least one systems language (C/C++).

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture for automated test systems supporting real-world AI and embedded software products.
• Own the technical direction of Python-based test automation frameworks in CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve CI infrastructure (Jenkins) at a systems level; ensure reliability and observability.
• Define testing requirements, coverage strategies, and quality gates with engineering leads.
• Mentor engineers and conduct design reviews to raise engineering quality.
• Communicate technical strategy and trade-offs to engineering and management stakeholders.
