Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in software engineering, test automation, software verification, or related technical roles.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Experience with software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and verification practices.
Experience working with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms.
Strong Linux development and debugging experience.
Experience troubleshooting complex software issues and analyzing root causes.
Knowledge of software quality, testing principles, and automation best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test and verification frameworks for AI, systems, and embedded software products.
Develop and enhance Python-based test automation solutions used throughout the software development lifecycle.
Create automated test suites to validate functionality, performance, reliability, and regression requirements.
Contribute to the design and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure, including Jenkins-based automation workflows.
Investigate, debug, and resolve software and test infrastructure issues.
Partner with software, machine learning, and systems engineers to define testing requirements and verification strategies.
Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive defect resolution.
Improve test efficiency, scalability, and maintainability through automation and tooling enhancements.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
