Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  • PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
  • Strong programming in Python and proficiency in at least one systems language (C/C++).

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and personally deliver automated test and verification systems for complex software products.
  • Own the technical direction of Python-based test automation frameworks used across CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead cross-functional efforts across software, ML, infrastructure, and systems teams.
  • Define and lead root cause analysis for systemic failures; implement durable solutions.
