Job summary

Newcode.ai is seeking a Head of Testing in Ireland to own the vision, strategy and execution of product testing for AI-powered products. You will develop testing frameworks, define quality benchmarks, and drive processes to ensure reliable, high-quality solutions for customers.

The role requires deep expertise in software testing and AI evaluation and close collaboration with Engineering and Legal Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software testing or QA roles.
• Experience testing AI-powered products.
• Ability to design testing frameworks from scratch.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for AI products.
• Create testing frameworks and quality benchmarks.
• Design regression and acceptance testing processes.
• Lead build of test plans, cases, and documentation.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve product quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Legal teams.
