QT Technologies Ireland Limited is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the design and delivery of large-scale automated test and verification systems for real-world AI and embedded software products.

You will own the technical direction of Python-based automation and influence CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and standards across Ireland and globally. The role emphasizes hands-on technical depth, architectural impact, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years in software engineering, test infra, or systems verification.
• Strong Python programming; one systems language (C/C++).
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins) at scale.
• Strong Linux systems background.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver automated test and verification systems for complex software products.
• Own the technical direction of Python-based test automation frameworks used across CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive CI infrastructure improvements (e.g., Jenkins) for reliability and observability.
• Lead root cause analysis for systemic failures and implement durable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering quality standards across teams.
