Job summary

The role centers on driving quality practices and building test plans without people management.

The position requires leading strategy with close engagement with stakeholders, and a strong background in automation using Selenium, Appium, and Java or Python in fast-paced CI/CD

Qualifications

• Gained over 4 years QA processes and methodology.
• Has over 4 years of solid hands-on QA automation experience.
• Experience with microservices environments and fast-feedback CI/CD pipelines.
• A proven background in owning and building test strategy and test plans independently.
• Comfortable driving quality-focused change into a team, not just executing existing process.
• Strong experience with Selenium / Appium, API testing tools/frameworks.
• Strong experience using automation scripting language, such as Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive test strategy across multi-service API and UI components.
• Remain hands-on while steering quality practices within the team.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to implement rapid feedback in CI/CD.
• Develop and own comprehensive test plans and strategies without people management responsibilities.
