Zinkworks, based in Ireland, is partnering with a major UK Telecom provider to deliver an Agentic AI transformation from our Athlone Innovation Hub. You will design and implement AI-powered applications that move beyond chatbots into multi-step autonomous agents, integrating AI models with enterprise data and systems.

You will work with AI Architects, Solution Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Telecom SMEs to deliver robust, scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on security,

Formación

• Proficient Python development skills with FastAPI/Flask and async programming.
• Experience building GenAI apps using LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or Vertex AI.
• Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, pgvector).
• Strong understanding of embeddings, similarity search, and RAG design patterns.
• Experience deploying apps on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub).
• Solid REST API, system integration, and secure service design knowledge.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop RAG pipelines: backend services to ingest, chunk, embed, and retrieve unstructured data.
• Agent orchestration: enable multi-step reasoning with LangChain/LangGraph/Vertex AI Agent Builder.
• Prompt engineering & optimisation to meet latency, reliability, and cost goals.
• System integration with external APIs and enterprise systems (Jira, ServiceNow, inventory).
• Cloud deployment: operate services on GCP with Cloud Run and Pub/Sub.
• Write clean, testable code and ensure security, observability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and deliver production-grade solutions.
