Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Python Developer for a greenfield AI project with a leading global insurer. You will design and build autonomous AI agent systems, using Python, Azure, OpenAI and LLMs to shape the next generation of AI-native insurance platforms.

You will own backend development, integrate RAG pipelines, and work closely with C-suite leaders to turn bold AI strategy into scalable technology. Daily rate up to €600.

Qualifications

• Strong backend/Python development experience.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Startup environment experience / Small teams.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents from scratch using Python and Azure.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across a range of data sources and services.
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents.
