Job summary

Avril Clare Recruitment Ltd Irelands Property Recruitment Specialists seeks a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to own a high-quality residential portfolio in Ireland. The role focuses on ownership, resident experience and strong processes as the company grows.

You will collaborate with the Property Management Team Lead and other teams to deliver a best-in-class service, ensuring compliance and effective communication with residents and clients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years' experience in residential property management or a similar role.
• A PSRA licence. A full driver's licence.
• Knowledge of relevant tenancy law, RTB processes and minimum standards.
• Confidence using systems such as Yardi, CRM, MaintenanceIQ and Desk365, or a willingness to get up to speed quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio with ownership, professionalism and care, ensuring homes and resident services are well looked after.
• Oversee tenancy administration, RTB requirements, inspections, arrears, maintenance follow-up, resident queries and day-to-day property management activity.
• Work closely with contractors and service providers to ensure works are followed through and standards are maintained.
• Support budget awareness, invoice review and service charge considerations where relevant to the portfolio.
• Create clear, accurate stakeholder updates and reports on portfolio activity and arrears.
