Job summary

Occu is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the full operational management of a Dublin portfolio, ensuring tenancy management, arrears oversight, and maintenance coordination in line with governance frameworks.

The role requires strong judgement and professional communication, with 2–3 years in residential property management and a PSRA licence preferred for effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management or a similar role.
• PSRA licence is required.
• Strong knowledge of Irish tenancy law, RTB processes and standards.
• Experience using property management systems and digital tools.
• Strong documentation, reporting and data management capability.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenancy management and compliance across the portfolio.
• Monitor arrears and prepare notices and reports.
• Respond to resident queries and manage deposits and complaints.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections across schemes.
• Produce client reporting and maintain system records.
