Intact Insurance Ireland is seeking a Senior Property Loss Adjuster to oversee both household and commercial claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring a customer-focused experience. You will spend most time on scene assessing losses, gathering information, and advising customers, working field-based across multiple locations with strong communication and analytical skills.

The role requires CIP and Dip LA / ACILA / ACII qualifications with over 10 years of loss adjusting experience, plus a

Qualifications

CIP qualified (required).
Dip LA / ACILA / ACII (required).
+10 years Loss Adjusting experience (required).
Experience with brokers and a wide range of customers.
Experience with commercial insurance claims, including business interruption.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Field-based role.
Full driving license required.

Responsabilités

Oversee household and commercial claims from initiation to resolution with a customer-focused approach.
Assess scene of loss, gather information, document findings and advise customers.
Field-based claim assessments across locations and customers.
Negotiate settlements while maintaining high service standards.
Provide guidance to less experienced colleagues to develop knowledge.
Escalate to senior staff as needed to deliver outcomes.
