Cpl Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Property Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims from first notification through to settlement. The role is field-based, requiring strong technical expertise, independent work, and a customer-focused approach.

You will investigate complex property losses, coordinate with customers, brokers and contractors, and deliver timely, fair claim outcomes while mentoring colleagues as needed.

Formación

• CIP qualified.
• Dip LA, ACILA or ACII qualified.
• 10+ years' loss adjusting experience.
• Strong experience handling commercial property claims, including business interruption losses.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Senior Property Loss Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Loss Adjuster to join a growing Property & Complex Claims team. This field-based role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of both domestic and commercial property claims, from initial assessment through to settlement, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the claims journey.

As a senior technical specialist, you will be responsible for investigating complex property losses, conducting on-site assessments, gathering and analysing evidence, and providing clear recommendations in line with policy coverage and business objectives. You will work closely with customers, brokers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve fair and timely claim resolutions.

In addition to handling your own caseload, you will provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, helping to drive best practice across the team. This role is ideal for an experienced adjuster seeking a senior position that leverages deep technical expertise without direct people management responsibilities.
