Catalyx is seeking a (Sr.) Project Scheduling Controls Consultant to join our Cork-based team. You will deliver integrated project schedules, governance reporting and schedule risk management across the Technical Agenda portfolio, using Microsoft Project, Planview and other tools.

The role requires PMP certification, 5+ years in project scheduling/controls, and strong stakeholder communication. On-site position in Cork with a focus on regulated industry projects.

Qualificações

• Five+ years delivering project scheduling and controls in technical/operational portfolios.
• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Planview) and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, risk and impact analysis abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across the Technical Agenda portfolio.
• Deliver scheduling, controls, forecasting and governance reporting across portfolios.
• Provide schedule risk assessments and capacity/demand analyses.
• Prepare governance packs and portfolio performance dashboards.
