Job summary

Enexa Partners is seeking Project & Programme Managers and Assistant PMs with an engineering or construction background to join their Transformation Delivery team in Dublin. The roles are hybrid with occasional client site visits and involve delivering large-scale capital projects across energy, utilities and transport.

You will work with infrastructure clients, set up projects, define operating models, manage plans, budgets and risks, and contribute to proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or similar client-facing role.
• Multidisciplinary experience including project management, engineering design, contract management and procurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with a track record in managing complex programmes.
• Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
• Desirable qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Work with infrastructure clients across energy, utilities, water, gas, telecoms and infrastructure to deliver insights.
• Advise clients on challenges in delivering capital projects and programmes.
• Project set-up and mobilisation, define operating models and delivery strategies.
• Ensure project plans, logs and budgets are managed to time, cost and quality.
• Deliver major project activities through the full lifecycle from initiation to close.
• Integrate data to inform insights and share knowledge with the team.
• Lead small engagements or work streams as required.
• Assess maturity of programme management and implement improvements where needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and senior management; maintain high-quality documentation.
