Enexa Partners in Dublin seeks a Contract Manager for Infrastructure and Capital Projects, spanning energy, utilities and transport sectors. The role is hybrid with occasional client office visits and requires oversight of contract obligations, risk management, and project success.

You will manage contract changes, claims and disputes, ensuring timely resolutions and alignment with project objectives and budgets.

Competenze

• 3rd level educational qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field.
• Experience in Infrastructure/Capital Projects and contract administration.

Mansioni

• Work with Infrastructure Clients to develop contract management plans and innovative solutions.
• Lead the contract formation process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
