Job summary

Enexa Partners is currently seeking a Project Manager for large-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects in Ireland. The role supports delivery from development through operation, reporting to the Programme Manager within the PMO.

Hybrid working model with three days from home and two days in the office. The ideal candidate holds a third-level degree in Engineering/related disciplines and 3+ years in energy/infrastructure project delivery.

Qualifications

• Third-level degree in Engineering, Science, Business or Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management for large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
• Broad project management competencies; familiarity with Ireland's energy infrastructure sector.
• Strong technical appraisal, reporting and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) desirable.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor program and project activities across all phases.
• Maintain schedules, logs, and milestone tracking within the PMO framework.
• Define work packages and ensure tasks progress across functional teams.
• Prepare, review, and administer contracts, POs and procurement documents; track budgets.
• Monitor planning consents, permits, and regulatory approvals; ensure compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, advisors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and updates for PMO, Senior Project Managers and Program Managers.
• Identify and report risks; support project handover for commissioning.
• Maintain records and dashboards for PMO reporting; capture lessons learned.
• Participate in Performance Management to deliver team objectives.
