Job summary

Ernst & Young is recruiting for Infrastructure & Capital Projects professionals in Dublin to lead and support high‑value capital programmes. You will work with energy, utilities, transport and healthcare clients to deliver insights and practical recommendations across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance, and leadership, with a track record in complex programmes and client facing engagement. EY offers flexible working and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3rd level educational qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Assistant Project Manager – ~4–6 years’ experience delivering engineering capital projects.
• Project/Programme Manager – ~6–20 years’ experience delivering large scale engineering capital projects.
• Ideal candidates have consulting/client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management, governance and change management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support capital project delivery for EY client engagements across energy, utilities, transport, housing and healthcare.
• Advise clients on challenges in capital project delivery with practical, data‑driven recommendations.
• Define operating models, delivery strategy and mobilise projects.
• Manage project plans, logs, budgets to align with time/cost/quality targets.
