Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Senior/Project Planner to support the planning, scheduling and control of multi-discipline projects across Ireland and beyond. You will work within a vibrant, agile team to deliver projects on time, safely, to budget and to the required quality standards.

Role requires 3rd level qualification in Engineering or related field and 5+ years of planning experience. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5+ years’ experience in planning/scheduling on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proficient in MS Project / P6 and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning support to the project manager for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated construction schedules with main contractor and project team.
• Lead planning meetings and manage risk identification and mitigation to protect schedule.
• Monitor progress, produce weekly and monthly schedules, and escalate risks to Lead Planner.
