Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support multi-disciplinary project delivery. You will facilitate planning, scheduling and control processes, provide clear, factual updates to management, and escalate risks to the Lead Planner and Planning & Risk Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or similar is required.
• 5+ years’ experience in project planning/scheduling roles.
• Proven ability to develop and implement project plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality planning support to the Project Manager and team.
• Develop construction schedules based on target schedules and WBS.
• Coordinate planning with Main Contractor/CMT and lead planner for alignment and risk management.
• Produce and maintain schedule metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead/mentor junior planners where required.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation actions to the team.
