Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering in Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support multi-disciplinary project delivery. You will plan, schedule and control activities, provide clear communication of risks, and assist Lead Planner with key decisions.

Required: third-level qualification in Engineering, 5+ years planning experience, proficiency with MS Project or P6, and ability to coordinate with Contractors and the Commercial Team.

Qualifications

• Requires 3rd level Engineering/Building Services/Construction background or equivalent.
• Strong scheduling and planning capability with track record of delivery.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project planning, scheduling and progress tracking across multidisciplinary projects.
• Develop, maintain and communicate schedules, critical path and resource loading.
• Support Lead Planner with risk identification and mitigation and stakeholder reporting.
