You will oversee procurement, contracts, planning, tracking, and execution across projects, ensuring compliance and delivery against targets.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complex information and set performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to employees and coach performance.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedule tasks, and mentor staff.
