Lumen Search Ltd. on behalf of a renowned Irish cost and project management consultancy in Westmeath is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex projects from inception to handover.

You will manage scope, programmes and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and risks are mitigated.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within the construction/project management sector.
• Proven experience delivering projects from planning through to completion and handover.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Previous experience coordinating and leading project teams.
• Good commercial awareness with an understanding of programme, cost and risk.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring scope, programme and costs are managed.
• Coordinate project teams and monitor milestones, risks and performance to meet client requirements.

The Role

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects from inception through to completion.

You will manage project scope, programmes, budgets and overall performance, coordinating project teams and ensuring key milestones are achieved. Working directly with clients and wider stakeholders, you will manage risk, resolve project issues and maintain clear communication throughout the delivery process.

This is a client-facing position suited to someone comfortable taking ownership of projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and balancing programme, cost and client requirements.
