Job summary

FK International - Financial Search and Selection seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead initiation, procurement and delivery of large-scale government infrastructure programmes, coordinating with Government Departments and Agencies across sectors.

The role requires proven project leadership, extensive experience in public infrastructure delivery, and strong governance, with a focus on climate action and sustainability in project schemes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in major building/infrastructure
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with public infrastructure procurement and delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a project management team delivering services to Government Departments and Agencies
• Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders and counterparties
• Manage multiple programmes/projects including initiatives under government mandates
• Ensure timelines, budgets, risks and contingency plans are aligned and communicated
• Develop and oversee KPIs for programmes/projects
• Oversee climate action/sustainability strategies in scheme design and planning
• Provide support to Government Departments and Agencies delivering capital investment priorities

Education

Third level honours degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, quantity surveying or building related discipline

Tools

Chartered membership of a relevant professional body
