Job summary

PE Global is recruiting a Senior Project Manager – Global Supply Chain Transformation for a biopharmaceutical client in Blanchardstown. The role is a 12-month contract, leading complex cross-functional supply chain projects and strategic initiatives across global sites.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in supply chain and project management, with PMP/APICS preferred, and a track record of stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and driving change in fast-paced biotech environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences or business required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years end-to-end supply chain experience, preferably biotech/pharma.
• 6+ years project management experience; PMP or APICS preferred.
• Advanced leadership competencies and cross-functional influence.
• Ability to work autonomously with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in multiple supply chain capability areas with interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Support business case development with interdependencies and value proposition.
• Support strategic initiatives, portfolio planning and Polaris program.
• Run governance meetings with clear agendas and outcomes for quick decisions.
• Ensure use of standard PM processes and GPSiPlan as the system of record.
• Develop risk management strategies at program/project level.
• Influence stakeholders and manage program communications.
• Champion change management and high-performing teams.
• Evaluate new digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within scope and budget.
• Drive scenario analyses and strategic recommendations for management.
• Provide leadership development through coaching and feedback.
