Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland seeks a Senior Project Manager, GSC BP&T to lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives and complex programs, aligning with enterprise strategies and driving operational excellence.

You will champion digital innovation, manage governance, develop business cases, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while mentoring teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• End-to-end supply chain experience in biotech/pharma (6+ years).
• Project management experience (6+ years) with PMP or APICS preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site, global teams.
• Strategic thinking, executive communication, cross-functional influence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Expertise in risk management, analytics, and decision-making at program level.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Support development of robust business cases with interdependencies.
• Support strategic initiatives including portfolio planning and Polaris+.
• Facilitate governance meetings and steering committees with clear agendas.
• Ensure use of standard program management processes and GPSiPlan.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies at program level.
• Influence stakeholders and manage program communications.
• Support change management and foster high-performance teams.
• Evaluate new digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Drive scenario analyses and strategic recommendations for management.
• Inspire and coach teams for leadership development.
• Travel up to 20% for project-based workshops.
