Job summary

Stelfox Tech Recruitment seeks a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Lead for a daily-rate contract in Dublin, hybrid with three days on-site. The role demands cloud migration expertise within banking/regulatory reporting programs and PMO/BA support across global delivery teams.

You will oversee multi-year migrations, enforce SDLC and governance, and collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Regulatory partners to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with banking domain and cloud migration experience.
• Experience delivering Reg Cloud initiatives across global regions.
• Ability to provide BA support and PMO leadership for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Management expertise on a multi-year cloud migration initiative on global reg reporting platforms.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise SDLC, cloud governance, and regulatory control frameworks
• Support Technology delivery across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC, Canada and LATAM) & as per the global migration plan - work closely with internal Technology teams as well as Vendor Delivery teams (with expertise in AXIOM & Cloud Infrastructure)
• Responsible for working with the business partner teams (across Finance, Risk & Regulatory Reporting) globally
• Partnering with internal compliance groups & vendor partners to ensure that governance policy is adhered to across the portfolio in accordance with stated standards and processes
• Provide combined Program Management & PMO Leadership. Apply a mix of stakeholder and project management skills for implementing the Reg Cloud platform across multiple geographies.
• Maintain & monitor progress on program roadmap, migration strategy and delivery plans
• Ensure ongoing communication of project governance to all stakeholders on Project/Delivery Status
• Work closely with key business subject matter experts, development and testing teams across the organization to produce business requirements associated with business, operational and technical changes
• Facilitate recurring Project Working Groups/engagements/meetings with external & internal teams to monitor delivery progress.
• Strong program governance and delivery expertise
• Extensive experience of Cloud Migration projects for large-scale Financial Institutions
• Experience of regulatory reporting implementations preferably within a Tier 1 Systemically Important Bank
• High level understanding of financial products and key asset classes such as Debt, Equity, Commodity etc.
• Strong verbal communication skills; applicable for managing up and down the technology chain, as well as working with business partners from multiple disciplines with differing priorities across multiple, global locations
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
• In depth knowledge of delivering within Scaled Agile & hybrid delivery models

Senior Project Manager / Delivery Lead - Daily Rate Contract - Hybrid-Working Model (3 Days' On-Site) - Dublin

The role is of a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Lead who can provide project management expertise and support across a range of delivery projects and has experience of working in large-scale Cloud Migration programmes. For this role, the successful candidate will ideally be able to provide BA support where required, as well as PMO support – particularly for larger projects and programmes.

Please note - Candidates must have banking experience and Cloud Migration experience to be considered for this role.
