Job description

Reporting to Contracts Manager, the role of the Senior Project Manager Apartments and Duplexes will be part of the Construction Team based in west Dublin. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Project Manager Apartments and Duplexes who wants to work on exciting residential projects.

Key Accountabilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to senior management.

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.

  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically managing apartment and duplex projects.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to deliver complex residential projects on time and within budget.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
