Job summary

Evara Ireland, a leading private developer, is seeking a Senior Project Manager Apartments and Duplexes to join the Construction Team in west Dublin. You will lead complex residential projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet timelines and budgets.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will ensure compliance with building codes, manage risks, and maintain client relations, delivering high-quality neighbourhood developments across Dublin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing apartment and duplex projects.
• Proven ability to deliver complex residential projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus.
• Location: on-site in Dublin.

Reporting to Contracts Manager, the role of the Senior Project Manager Apartments and Duplexes will be part of the Construction Team based in west Dublin. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.

Key Accountabilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to senior management.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
• Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically managing apartment and duplex projects.
• Track Record: Proven ability to deliver complex residential projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem‑Solving: Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification: PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
