Job Title: Block Foreman - Apartments & or Duplexes

Location: West Dublin, Ireland - On Site position

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the construction of apartment blocks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Oversee site operations, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met.

Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Monitor and report on progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.

Ensure proper use of materials and equipment, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures on-site.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
