PE Global (UK) is seeking a Senior Project Design Engineer to design and prototype test automated Med Tech manufacturing equipment. You will develop 2D/3D CAD concepts and apply FEA to verify designs, while leading projects and coordinating with partners across the organization.

The role emphasizes delivering cost-efficient solutions, strong communication with stakeholders, and ensuring robust project management practices throughout development.

Qualifications

• Experience designing automation equipment for Med Tech manufacturing.
• Ability to generate design concepts in 2D and 3D CAD.
• Knowledge of FEA techniques to verify designs and preferably use FEA software.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype test automated equipment for development.
• Provide cost-effective design solutions and drive project solutions.
• Lead and manage partnerships with equipment partners and integrators.
• Maintain communications with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Develop project management artifacts: charters, scopes, plans, and risk analysis.
