Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in industrial automation and/or robotic system design.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration on large development projects.
- Experience with CAD tools, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and rapid prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Technical design, development, and testing of complex mechanical projects in Pharmacy Automation.
- Own component and assembly design from concept to manufacturing.
- CAD modeling of electromechanical assemblies to support new designs.
- Define product requirements and work with System/Electrical/Controls engineers.
- Lead design reviews with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Develop verification and validation plans for new designs.
- Identify improvements to differentiate Pharmacy Automation solutions.
