Job summary

IOM Dublin seeks a Senior Programme Support Associate to coordinate multi-project work across thematic areas, ensuring quality, compliance, and strategic growth of Ireland programmes. You will work with internal teams, government counterparts, donors, UN agencies, and CSOs to support effective delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, donor reporting, data management, and contributions to programme design and resource mobilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with five years of experience or a High School diploma with seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in project development and management within humanitarian/migration contexts.
• Familiarity with Results-Based Management and donor reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools and protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of IOM Ireland projects, ensuring adherence to policies, donor requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate programme performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and review donor reports and programme updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage programme data collection, analysis, and information management, maintaining records and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Analyze migration trends in Ireland to support programme planning and funding opportunities.
• Contribute to programme design, proposal development, and resource mobilization strategies.
• Maintain effective relationships with donors, government authorities, and implementing partners.
• Support communication materials, donor visits, and staff capacity-building.
• Participate in inter-agency forums and stakeholder meetings to strengthen partnerships and promote IOM priorities.
