Job summary

IOM Dublin is seeking a Senior Programme Support Associate to assist the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of programmes in Ireland. The role will contribute to programme development, donor engagement, policy analysis, resource mobilisation, partnership-building and ensuring compliance with IOM and donor requirements.

• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools and protocols.
• Strong interpersonal & intercultural skills with an attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of IOM Ireland projects per policies, donors, budgets, workplans and timelines.
• Coordinate and analyse M&E information, track indicators and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and review donor reports, updates and briefing notes for accurate reporting.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis and information management; document lessons learned.
• Monitor migration trends and priorities in Ireland to support planning and funding.
• Design and develop programmes, proposals and funding applications with technical inputs.
• Identify funding opportunities and support donor engagement and diversification.
• Maintain relationships with donor counterparts, government authorities and partners.
• Support communication materials, donor visits and staff capacity-building in programme development.
• Participate in inter-agency forums and meetings to strengthen partnerships.
