Job summary

IOM Dublin seeks a Senior Programme Support Associate to support planning, development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of IOM programmes in Ireland. The role contributes to donor engagement, policy analysis, resource mobilisation, and partnership-building across multiple projects.

Working closely with programme staff, government counterparts, donors, UN agencies and CSOs, you will help ensure effective delivery, compliance and strategic growth of IOM's programme portfolio in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management and donor reporting.
• Knowledge of migration issues and results-based management.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and stakeholders.
