Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is working with a healthcare organisation to hire a Senior Programme Manager who will lead a portfolio of business-critical technology and transformation programmes in Dublin. The role is senior and influential, delivering change that improves how healthcare services are run across the organisation.

You will lead multi-workstream programmes from start-up to go-live, engage executive stakeholders, own governance including budgets and risks, oversee enterprise platform

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale change.
• Proven end-to-end delivery across technology, platform or transformation programmes.
• Confidently engage stakeholders at all levels, up to executive.
• Experience leading platform or systems integration work.
• Coaching leadership style with experience managing team performance.
• Healthcare, life sciences or regulated-industry experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream programmes from start-up to go-live and benefits realisation.
• Engage and influence senior and executive stakeholders, including steering committees.
• Own programme governance: budgets, risks, dependencies, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and executive reporting.
• Oversee the integration of enterprise platforms and systems across the organisation.
• Manage programme and team performance against clear KPIs and business outcomes.
• Coach and develop project managers and delivery teams.
