Job summary

Mastercard Ireland seeks a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead the roadmap for the Decision Management Platform, bridging business needs with engineering across multiple applications. You will translate requests into epics, features and user stories, and guide delivery across several agile teams.

You will mentor product managers, facilitate demos, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep backlogs aligned with business value.

Qualifications

• Successful launches as product owner with engineering teams from ideation to production.
• Extensive experience as product owner or business analyst managing feature backlog and roadmap.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear documentation (functional/non-functional requirements and API specs).
• Experience with agile development methodologies; SAFE Agile a plus.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, urgency in delivery.
• Experience with estimating work deliverables and managing project status is a plus.
• Familiarity with SDLC, deployment processes, and production support activities.
• Understanding of system integrations, web services, and data flow between applications.
• Flexible work hours to accommodate teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap aligned with vision, scope, and business objectives.
• Handle intake process for customer requests for multiple applications of the product.
• Collaborate with engineering to assess feasibility and dependencies across existing functionality.
• Gather requirements and elaborate into epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on urgency and business value across multiple development teams.
• Guide and mentor product managers for all applications under this product.
• Reviews product demos with the development team against acceptance criteria.
