Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful launch of complex projects as product owner
• Extensive experience as product owner or business analyst managing feature backlog and roadmap
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear documentation
• Experience with agile development methodologies; SAFe agile a plus
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and urgency-driven
• Experience with estimating work deliverables and managing project status
• Familiarity with SDLC, deployment processes, and production support
• Understanding of system integrations, web services, and data flow between applications
• Flexible work hours to accommodate teams across time zones

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap aligning with vision, scope, and business objectives
• Handle intake process for customer requests for multiple applications of the product
• Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to assess feasibility and dependencies
• Gather and analyze requirements and elaborate into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features based on urgency and business value across multiple development teams
• Guide and mentor product managers for all applications under this product
• Reviews product demos with the development team against acceptance criteria
• Regularly meet with stakeholders to understand needs and create backlog
• Facilitate post-launch reviews and incorporate feedback into backlog
• Prepare evidence for audits and regulatory compliance and own product risk assessments
• Ensure vulnerabilities and mandatory technical imperatives are handled timely
• Plan and schedule change requests for deployments and gating criteria
