Qualifications

• BS in engineering, computer science, project management or related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to operate independently and tackle ambiguous areas with a focus on delivering impactful results.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and drive execution in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, technology landscape, and design trade-offs.
• Track record of managing escalations, aligning stakeholders, and delivering large-scale initiatives.
• Experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing dependent teams while commanding respect across the organization.
• Strong expertise in agile delivery models and scrum practices.
• Experience helping establish or improve ways of working, delivery processes, or program governance models is a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex technical programs across multiple teams, including coordination with external vendors or partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to define how and when strategic delivery goals are achieved.
• Ensure technical solutions delivered on time and meet outcomes, while establishing operating model.
• Operate with independence to address ambiguous problem spaces, establish clarity, and drive timely execution.
• Help establish foundational program management practices, including delivery processes, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Lead coordination and execution across internal teams and external vendors.
• Identify gaps between regions, architectures, vendors, and organizations, creating scalable patterns for cross-team collaboration.
• Manage escalations and drive resolution of complex delivery challenges affecting multiple teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for programs with senior leadership.
• Provide accurate visibility into program status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Facilitate constructive dialogue across teams and partners to resolve misalignment and enable predictable delivery.
• Oversee execution across multiple teams and domains, creating reporting mechanisms and improving delivery processes.
• Support scaling of engineering squads across regions by establishing repeatable delivery models and onboarding patterns.
• Build consensus, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes with limited guidance in a fast-evolving environment.
