Job summary

Horizon Quantum Computing is building a software toolchain for quantum development and is hiring an experienced Product Manager to own the productisation of our technology. You will craft and execute product strategy and a technical roadmap, collaborating with science, engineering, design, commercial operations, marketing and finance to ensure successful implementation, integration and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering/physics.
• 5+ years in product management or equivalent.
• 2+ years building and shipping technical products.
• Experience delivering results of varied complexity and scale.
• Experience in guiding technical design and direction.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• High ownership and responsibility; continuous learner.
• User-focused, strategic and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes long- and short-term product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Owns productisation of technology into product offerings for different users.
• Develop compiler toolchain, cloud infrastructure and operating system product lines.
• Translate technology into user-centric products; align research/technical teams with business needs.
• Identify and prioritise features; contribute to product strategy based on user feedback.
• Manage full product lifecycle and drive action to bring products to market.
• Prioritise features and keep development on track.
• Develop go-to-market strategy with commercial and marketing teams.
• Act as an evangelist for company products.
