Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years’ experience in product management or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience building and shipping technical products.
• Experience delivering product and engineering results of varied complexity and scale.
• Experience managing technical and design direction.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes long and short term product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market plans with leadership input.
• Owns productisation of technology into offerings for different users.
• Develop compiler toolchain, cloud infrastructure and operating system product lines.
• Translate technology into user-centric products and align teams with market needs.
• Identify and prioritise product features based on user needs and feedback.
• Manage full product life cycle and drive action to bring products to market.
• Prioritise features and keep development on track.
• Develop go-to-market strategy with commercial, marketing and finance teams.
• Act as an evangelist for company products.
