Job summary

Horizon Quantum Computing seeks an experienced Product Manager to own productisation and strategy for our quantum software toolchain offerings. You will collaborate with science, engineering, design, commercial operations, marketing and finance to implement, integrate and GTM our current and future products with partners and users.

You will shape the future direction of the company across product lines including an integrated developer environment and compiler toolchain, translating research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years' experience in product management or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience building and shipping technical products.
• Experience delivering product and engineering results of varied complexity and scale.
• Experience managing technical and design direction.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and organisation skills.
• High ownership and responsibility.
• Continuous learner.
• User-focused, strategic and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes long and short term product strategy, roadmap, business model, go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership across teams.
• Owns the productisation of technology into product offerings for different users.
• Develop compiler toolchain, cloud infrastructure and operating system product lines.
• Translate technology into user-centric products; align research/technical teams with business needs.
• Identify and prioritise product features and contribute to strategy based on user feedback.
• Manage full product life cycle and drive actions to bring products to market.
• Prioritise features and keep product development on track.
• Develop product go-to-market strategy with commercial operations, marketing and finance teams.
• Act as an evangelist for company products.
