Job summary

Verve, a privacy-focused programmatic marketplace, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own core exchange areas across mobile, in-app, CTV, video, or web. You will lead cross-functional teams to boost publisher yield, DSP spend, and marketplace performance.

You will define PRDs, manage backlogs, and coordinate with Engineering, Yield, and Commercial teams to align priorities with business goals. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years (Product Manager) or 4+ years (Senior Product Manager) in programmatic advertising.
• Strong understanding of OpenRTB protocols, RTB auction mechanics, supply chain transparency, and ad formats.
• Experience with SSPs, Ad Exchanges, DSPs or Ad Servers.
• Collaborate with Engineering on technical products, platforms, and integrations.
• Familiar with prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE) and Agile development.

Responsibilities

• Own feature discovery, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlogs based on revenue impact, margins, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Tech Leads, Engineering, Commercial, and Yield teams.
• Drive improvements in exchange capabilities, monetization, and integrations.
• Monitor KPIs to identify revenue challenges and growth opportunities.
• Lead product releases with clear docs and stakeholder alignment.
