Job summary

Verve is building a new engineering hub in Dublin and seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for Mobile/SDK Engineering to lead the expansion of the Mobile SDK team. You will oversee a global team, drive the local Dublin presence, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders to deliver high-quality SDK solutions.

You will manage platform transformations, align roadmaps with business goals, and ensure Android and iOS pipelines stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile SDK teams and driving cross-platform (Android/iOS) development.
• Strong knowledge of deployment, distribution, and lifecycle of mobile SDKs.
• Proven ability to recruit and mentor engineers across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with agile processes, CI/CD, and modern cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and growth of Dublin Mobile/SDK team, including recruitment and setting technical standards.
• Mentor engineers across the global Mobile SDK chapter and foster high-performance culture.
• Improve agile workflows, release cycles, and code review processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering leaders to align platform roadmap with business goals.
• Ensure cross-platform consistency of Android (.AAR) and iOS (.xcframework) pipelines.
• Drive platform transformations (e.g., Privacy Sandbox integration, SPM adoption).
• Promote AI-enabled development and testing through Copilot and LLMs.
• Oversee technical quality, scalability, and performance across devices.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
