Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Ireland, Dublin, with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on monetization growth for PlayStation Plus and associated commerce experiences, shaping how players discover, adopt, and purchase offerings at global scale.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead experimentation, and evolve monetization strategies to expand audience reach and value across PlayStation platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in consumer digital environments.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across teams.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms.
• Track record in conversion, retention, and monetization.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and decision-driving abilities.
• Comfort with gaming, streaming, e-commerce or high-scale B2C.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for experiences and capabilities to grow memberships and monetization.
• Lead design and delivery of new features with stakeholders across the business.
• Drive data-informed decisions with analytics partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams on outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and plans.
• Lead cross-functional planning and lifecycle personalization.
• Champion test-and-learn with rapid experimentation.
• Maintain awareness of gaming, monetization and customer lifecycle trends.
