Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment Ireland, Dublin (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead monetization and commerce experiences for PlayStation Plus. You will shape product strategy, work with cross-functional teams, and drive growth at a global scale.

You will own experimentation, analytics, and collaboration with Marketing and Commercial partners to meet business goals and expand audience reach in the PlayStation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-faceted implementations with partnerships.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, consumer apps).
• Track record driving conversion funnels, retention strategies, and monetization opportunities.
• Experience partnering with Data and Engineering teams to deliver reusable capabilities at scale.
• Excellent communication skills—synthesize context, present trade-offs, drive decisions across stakeholders.
• Strong product intuition and comfort with technical discussions and experimentation methodologies.
• Prior experience in gaming, streaming, e-commerce, or similar high-scale B2C platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy for experiences & capability that drive acquisition and ongoing member engagement, focusing on monetization growth.
• Lead conceptualization, experimentation, development, and delivery of new features with stakeholders across the business.
• Drive analysis with data/analytics team members to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners to align on outcomes and key use cases.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, experimentation plans, and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to personalization and lifecycle strategy.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with rapid experimentation and continuous refinement.
• Maintain understanding of market trends in gaming, monetization, personalization, and customer lifecycle management.
