Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring a Senior Product Manager in Dublin (Hybrid) to lead monetization initiatives for PlayStation Plus and commerce experiences. You will shape product strategy, drive experiments, and collaborate with data, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver value at global scale.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product management, strong communication, and a track record in subscription-based platforms, gaming, or entertainment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a consumer-facing digital environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Experience with subscription or membership platforms (gaming, media, entertainment, or consumer apps).

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for experiences and capabilities to acquire and engage members while driving monetization growth.
• Lead conceptualization, experimentation, development and delivery of new features with stakeholders.
• Drive analysis with data and analytics teams to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial partners to align on outcomes and metrics.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and product briefs.
• Lead cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to personalization and lifecycle strategy.
• Champion test-and-learn with rapid experimentation and measurement of outcomes.
• Maintain understanding of market trends in gaming, monetization, and customer lifecycle management.
